What is strategy execution software?
Strategy execution software turns an agreed strategy into tracked, owned and measurable action. It typically covers diagnosis of the current state, prioritisation of initiatives, KPI and milestone tracking, and delivery management: the work that happens after the strategy document is signed off.
How is it different from project management software?
Project management tools track tasks that have already been decided. Strategy execution software decides what should be tracked in the first place, by connecting each action back to a strategic priority and a diagnosed need.
Do we need a consultant to use it?
No. XSTRAT is self-guided by design: structured modules replace the facilitation a consultant would otherwise provide. Expert remote support is available when you want a senior perspective, but the process does not depend on it.
