XSTRAT and XSTRAT Pro are built on the same strategic foundation. They are designed to meet organisations at different stages of their strategy journey, so teams can work in the environment that feels most appropriate for them and start making an immediate impact.
All licensed XSTRAT tokens work with both XSTRAT and XSTRAT Pro, so organisations are free to choose which platform they prefer to use.
If an organisation starts with XSTRAT and later moves to XSTRAT Pro, its existing data is transferred seamlessly. XSTRAT Pro will simply require that any missing data, evidence or quantification be added.
XSTRAT
XSTRAT requires less input data and quantification, while still providing the structure and strategic rigour needed to diagnose where the organisation is, define where it wants to go, determine how it can get there and track progress over time.
XSTRAT PRO
Designed for organisations that are already comfortable with strategy and digital tools and want to work at a greater level of detail.
XSTRAT Pro uses the same strategic structure, but requires more evidence, data, quantification and accountability. This also allows for more detailed execution tracking and reporting.
XSTRAT Pro is also available in Spanish and includes an embedded User Manual, Methodology Note and Demo database for convenient in-platform reference.
It also supports co-branding, allowing an organisation to add its own logo to the platform.

Should I install the XSTRAT MD app as well as the XSTRAT app?
Install the XSTRAT app if you need to create, update, or work directly with strategy and performance content. The XSTRAT MD app is a manager-level app that can be used to manage and review multiple dashboards simultaneously. If you are responsible for reviewing several areas, teams, or entities, installing both apps is recommended.
