What Is a Digital Strategy Platform?

Not Digital Transformation.

Five questions to ask before choosing a digital strategy platform
- Does it cover the whole cycle? A planning template with a dashboard attached is not the same as a platform that connects diagnosis, priorities and execution.
- Can your own team run it? If every cycle needs a consultant to operate the tool, you have bought a consulting engagement with software attached.
